Hi Chi-Chi readers, I need your honest opinion on this.
My sister runs a business together with her husband but the whole business is in his name. Business bank account is solely in her husband's name. She told me the other day that they recently bought some plots of land and her husband had them put in his name alone!
Of all the things that could possibly go wrong in the future, what do you think about this arrangement please? For now, everything is perfect between them but should a wife allow her husband register a property they jointly own in his name alone?
It depends. If they worked for it together, they should own it together. If it is one person who worked for the money, let him/her own it alone.
